I started this as a hobby to quench my thirst for baking. Initially there were a lot of hurdles since nailing the consistency was not at all easy and the enormous drought in order didn't help either. But as time went on, "The Fat Baker" became a testament of my never end will to learn new and raise the bar ever so often.  

We work with local suppliers to source the freshest and most authentic ingredients, and use old-fashioned techniques to ensure the highest quality. Our goal is to make your tastebuds happy.

The Fat Baker in ways have been a very challenging journey, we not only thrive to make the most delicious cakes, but also make sure to take the customer along our creative  journey of making their occasion a joyful awakening. We hear and act on customer feedback hence every day we ever so slightly grow towards achieving upmost customer satisfaction.
